We are now looking for you who want to be our cheerful face in a reception right in Stockholm City!

We are looking for a service star who wants to step in as needed – for example, during sick leave or vacation – and work daytime on weekdays, usually from 08:00 to 17:00, but half days may also occur. This is a perfect part-time job for you who are studying and want a flexible and rewarding job alongside your studies.

About the role As a receptionist, you are the first person our visitors meet – therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys social settings, is service-oriented, and always greets others with a warm smile. You will provide world-class customer service, handle incoming calls, welcome visitors, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the reception.

We are looking for you who:– Are studying at a university or other post-secondary education– Have experience in service, e.g., retail, café, or restaurant– Have a positive and professional demeanor– Are responsible, flexible, and able to take initiative– Preferably have restaurant experience (but not a requirement)

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a strong drive. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are happy to take your own initiatives.
